- Infant/Early Foundations Program -

"I will discover my first words in a nurturing environment."

 
If you are looking for a safe, secure "home away from home" where your child can learn, play and grow, we have designed a nurturing, creative world for infants to help their minds and bodies develop. Watch your infant take the first steps toward a brighter future when sharing his or her early developmental experiences with Little Panda Daycare Center. Infants are unique and have their own patterns for play, feeding and sleeping. We use these patterns as our guide to introduce daily activities that will prepare your infant for his next steps. Our highly trained teachers and staff offer a nurturing and creative environment for infants to develop their bodies and minds. We are committed to making this first transition away from home easy and natural for you and your child.

- Toddlers (2yrs-3yrs) -

"I will develop friendships, confidence and self-esteem."

It is a whole new world when babies take to their feet. They walk, talk, and begin to develop new relationships with each other. Your toddler has so many things he or she wants to see and do. We'll be there to guide your child every step of the way. Toddlers learn through sensory experiences that enhance their cognitive, language, motor and social skills. They turn ideas into words and phrases to better express themselves. They will learn to practice the value of sharing and cooperating through group play. Children at this stage start to develop friendships and gain confidence as they use their words and thoughts to interact with others. It is important for children to express themselves creatively and through our Toddlers program, we encourage all children to develop their unique skills and interests.

- Junior (3yrs-4yrs) -

"I will discover new things every day in my first preschool experience."

See your child discover something new each day under the caring eyes of our experienced teachers. Children at this age are curious about the world around them. They are busy exploring their environment and learning to communicate their thoughts. While they begin to exert their independence, they are also gaining a better understanding of group play. Our Junior Program at Little Panda Daycare Center emphasizes the development of the your child, by focusing on both education fundamentals and social skills. Our caring teachers keep small hands busy and young minds engaged through activities designed specifically for this age group. Your child will build multiple skills and confidence through games, songs, movement and art. The teachers provide an outlet for creative expression by encouraging child-directed play. We ensure that your child develops at his or her own pace. Sharing, cooperating and taking turns teaches your child the importance of being a team player.

- Pre-kindergarten (4yrs-5yrs) -

"I will advance as I learn new skills and prepare for kindergarten."

 
Pre-kindergarten is a critical time for children as they begin the adventure of a lifetime of learning. Every day your child is learning and doing more. Our Pre-kindergarten Program is designed to challenge your child's development through learning so he/she will be ready for Kindergarten. Our caring, experienced teachers are dedicated to provide a rich and nurturing environment. We promote independence in an organized atmosphere, as it is increasingly important for children to be their own thinkers. We also teach children to work well within a group through listening, sharing and cooperation.

* Twice-daily small group instruction in math and literacy 
* Preparation for kindergarten and future success in school 
* Whole-group activities to develop social skills 
* Development of a stronger vocabulary through letters and words 
* Further independent, creative learning through hands-on experiences
